Yılmaz, who started his career in Germany after graduating Meitner-Schule OSZ für Chemie, Physik und Biologie (Gymnasium; Abitur) Science High School, Özel Ata Koleji and Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, has worked on software programs in all of his career for more than 30 years, and worked as founding partner in The British Chamber of Commerce, Gentaş, Genel Sigorta, Ege Sigorta, Merkez Sigorta, SAGBİM, Başak Emeklilik, professionally in ETS Turizm ve Vizyoneks, Senkada Loyalty and 4BAZ Yazılım Şirketi. Yılmaz, who is working on elementary and individual insurance software programs in his professional life, has worked in software programs of operating systems used in finance businesses such as banking and leasing (Banking Operating System -ERP- Software, Leasing Operating System -ERP- Software), and took role in developing operating system software programs used in non-finance businesses (Non-Financial Systems Operating System -ERP-Software) in addition to software for insurance business; and also, he provided the realization of the software of simulation programs used in financial enterprises and non-financial enterprises for training purposes (Simulated Bank Management Program, Simulated Bank Budgeting Program, Simulated Non-Financial Enterprises Management Program). Yılmaz, who specialized in softwares mainly on the ORACLE database, is married and has one child. Şenol Yılmaz, who is the founding partner of Avşa Danışmanlık Tic. Ltd. Şti., has a good command of both German and English.
